beef steak & roasted potatoes









summary of ingredients:
1) beef
2) potatoes
3) maize (optional)

spices:
1) black pepper sauce
2) worchester sauce (pronounced as worster)
3) beer/cognac
4) oil
5) butter

tips:
1) marinate consists of 3 table spoons of blank pepper sauce, 2 table spoons of worceste sauce and 2 table spoons of beer/cognac.

2) roasted potatoes are not baked potatoes. baked potatoes are usually served with the potato skin intact and maybe wrapped in aluminium foil. roasted potatoes are soft in the inside like mesh potatoes and crispy on the outside like fries.
