beef rendang








summary of ingredients:
1) beef
2) potatoes

spices:
1) oil
2) rendang mix

tips:
1) one serving is approximately 1 potato and 150 grams of beef.
2) follow the instructions that comes with the rendang mix, some mixes do not include coconut 3) milk and might require you to add in your own.
4) the longer you simmer the rendang (over a low fire) the more tender the beef cubes will be.
5) the potato cubes need not be fully cooked when stir fried because more heating will take place over simmering.
