pan fried fish fillet
summary of ingredients:
1) fish fillet (deep sea cod)
2) baked potatoes
3)
garden salad
spices:
1) oil
2) tandaco coating mix for lightly seasoned fish
3) maggie hollandaise sauce
tips:
thicker slabs of fillet will take a longer time to cook.
