xiao bai cai in oyster sauce








summary ingredients:
xiao bai cai

spices:
garlic
oil
pepper
oyster sauce
sesame oil
soya sauce
chinese wine

tips:
removing the vegetable at the stem with a chopsticks drains excess water and will not tear the leaves.
additional salt can be added to the boiling water before vegetables are blanched.
